Every part of these amazingly beautiful pieces of timber, every hole, contour, pattern, colour contrast was carved out by nature. It took decades of Australia's harshest environments, blistering drought / intense sun, fires, powerful winds and being eaten from the inside out by a range of insects.
Finding pieces of this wood is like finding gold. It is actually rarer than gold at this time. Each piece took a several hundred km expedition into remote outback
Australia, but was easily worth it.
